The Sorcerers

After reading what was happening on here, I knew something would happen to me. And it did.

Mimi took me to a football game on Friday. I had no clue what football was, but she explained it to me as best as she could. Turns out, no one (except adults) really watch the football games. It's more of a socialization thing. Anyway. She led me around, and I basically followed. She's pretty popular, especially for being a freshman. Everywhere we went, someone said hi. I was introduced to everyone. See, this is part of her plan. Mimi thinks that if I become popular enough, more people will believe me.

But that's beside the point. Two really major things happened that night. I'll start with the first. Grant pulled me away from Mimi around halftime and asked if I was doing anything next weekend. I replied that I wasn't, and he asked if he and I wanted to do something on Saturday. I grinned, and said that would be great. So...it looks like I'm going on a date.

The second thing was the sorcerers. They (she. It was Valenica, like with you two) actually showed up in public. I caught a glimpse of her, and my heart started beating wildly. I told the group I was talking to that I'd be right back, and ran off, unsheathing a dagger.

I followed her over to a spare field that the school has, and without warning the ground beneath my feet crumbled. I found myself falling deep into the Earth, and plunged my dagger into the side. Luckily, it held me there. The weird thing was, Valencia didn't even check to see if I was dead, which I'm thankful for. Slowly, I pulled myself up, not wanting to disturb any of the soil. If it gave out, I was history.

Once I was out, I called Rosalin right away. She was fine, but concerned. She asked if I wanted to come home, and I said no. I had to tell Mimi first.

Other than that, I'm fine. I just wonder why Okyon didn't try and kill us. Or why Valencia didn't do that great of a job.

And James, I think Beckstra is right. Grant is NOT a sorcerer. You're just a jealous little boy, your majesty.
