Forgive me, please...

Oh, so I'm not as good as your boyfriend because I'm not normal?! Well, listen, you've gotta sort that out with Oklyon, because I DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS!

D'you seriously think I ever wanted this...this stress? GOD, no!

So listen. Next time you choose your friends, have 'em fill out a resume. Check their backgrounds. Maybe I should be the one calling you "Your Majesty". Because you sure are acting like a pampered princess right now.

My weekend

As those who know how to read a calender know, yesterday was Saturday.

I can honestly say I had such a great time! Grant is so sweet, and I really like him.

And, no James, he's not a Sorcerer. He's perfectly normal, which is quite a nice change, let me tell you.

We went to a Small Fair not too far away from here. The rides were ridiculously expensive, he was a gentleman(which is another GREAT change), and paid for me, even though I insisted I would. About halfway into it, he took my hand, and we walked around like that. It was so great.

Then, when he dropped me off, he gave me a quick kiss, told me he'd see me later, and left.

What a great night!

Nothing to report, just replying...

I'm not jealous, Katrina. I just think you're playing into this too far. You're walking right into his clutches.

I'll be surprised if you live to see next Monday.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

And for Cripe's sake, I'm not a little boy! I can't help it if I don't want you dead!!

The Sorcerers

After reading what was happening on here, I knew something would happen to me. And it did.

Mimi took me to a football game on Friday. I had no clue what football was, but she explained it to me as best as she could. Turns out, no one (except adults) really watch the football games. It's more of a socialization thing. Anyway. She led me around, and I basically followed. She's pretty popular, especially for being a freshman. Everywhere we went, someone said hi. I was introduced to everyone. See, this is part of her plan. Mimi thinks that if I become popular enough, more people will believe me.

But that's beside the point. Two really major things happened that night. I'll start with the first. Grant pulled me away from Mimi around halftime and asked if I was doing anything next weekend. I replied that I wasn't, and he asked if he and I wanted to do something on Saturday. I grinned, and said that would be great. So...it looks like I'm going on a date.

The second thing was the sorcerers. They (she. It was Valenica, like with you two) actually showed up in public. I caught a glimpse of her, and my heart started beating wildly. I told the group I was talking to that I'd be right back, and ran off, unsheathing a dagger.

I followed her over to a spare field that the school has, and without warning the ground beneath my feet crumbled. I found myself falling deep into the Earth, and plunged my dagger into the side. Luckily, it held me there. The weird thing was, Valencia didn't even check to see if I was dead, which I'm thankful for. Slowly, I pulled myself up, not wanting to disturb any of the soil. If it gave out, I was history.

Once I was out, I called Rosalin right away. She was fine, but concerned. She asked if I wanted to come home, and I said no. I had to tell Mimi first.

Other than that, I'm fine. I just wonder why Okyon didn't try and kill us. Or why Valencia didn't do that great of a job.

And James, I think Beckstra is right. Grant is NOT a sorcerer. You're just a jealous little boy, your majesty.

Flyin' not so high on Ceilara.

I don't like the sound of that Grant guy, Katrina. You might wanna watch him. He could seriously be a Sorcerer.

And Bobby? Yeah, something's happened here. To me, anyway. And Valencia was involved. I didn't die, obviously. But see, on Ceilara, the cities are built on giant hovercraft....things, hundreds of thousands of miles above the Surface. As both a recreational sport, and a method of Transportation, the Ceilarians use soundless gliders, powered by the sun to get around.

So, here I am, flying through the clouds when all of a sudden, I hear a loud shot. I look above me, and there's Valencia. Can't she just leave me alone for once? Anyway, the battery pack on my back is totally fried from something she shot at me, and I begin to fall (here's the "WHY DON'T YOU JUST KILL ME ALREADY!!!! concept).

To make a long story short, falling was quite peaceful. When I was close enough to the ground, an emergency chute deployed, and I plopped into the trees. Ok, so I was safe...on the ground. I had no way of contacting anyone above me. So I stayed on the ground...for three days.

I found stuff to eat, and obviously I ate it. But...it wasn't edible. In about 6 hours, I felt like Death. My stomach was a writhing ball of pain, and I threw up like, every 10 minutes. I stumbled around that godforsaken jungle for 3 or 4 days. It was horrible.

I'm better now, but, you know, I would've liked to avoid the whole experience all together.

So yeah. Stay safe, you two. And Katrina, watch that Grant guy. Seriously. He's bad news. I can feel it.

She's a Believer!

Nothing's happening here, Bobby. Actually, everything here is fine.

As I told you, I went to Mimi's house last Saturday. I had a great time! Turns out, a make-over is when someone does your make-up for you, but it's not celebration make-up, like on Nastimus. It's everyday stuff.

Someone had to have guessed that I'm not from around here, but I'm glad it was Mimi first. She realized, and asked before we went to bed. Trapped in a lie, I confessed. She was silent for a little after that, and I was afraid she'd throw me out, tell me to leave right away. I asked what she was thinking, and she whispered back to me, "I believe you, Katrina."

So, not including the Adfero, I have one person beliving me. Which is a good thing.

Other than that, the only other thing to post here is that Mimi's brother, Grant was closeby all night. She said he was acting "really strange, because he's usually never home, especially when my friends are over."

Anyway, school's tomorrow, and I have homework (What is with this? Don't we do enough work there? It's not like they don't have enough time to tell us what to do there).

Hope nothing else happens to you guys!
~Katrina

PS. Mimi gave me some make-up to wear tomorrow, and I think I'll try it. She told me how to put it on and everything, and I'm kind of anxious to say that I'm excited about this.

Brrr...

It's still cold. Freezing.

As you most likely guessed, it's Bobby, reporting from Albora. While people here believe me, I've been having a rough time fitting in. Not only are the customs a little...different then anywhere else, but it's not just the fitting in part. It's the almost dying part.

Yeah, almost dying. Should I say it again? Almost dying. That's something you can never get used to, no matter how many times it happens. And it's even worse when you know someone was trying to kill you. Yeah. The Sorcerers. Valencia, to be exact. Stribog (the village chief) took a whole group of people and myself on a hunt. I got separated and...well, she showed up. And created an avalanche.

Now, I've got to wonder why she didn't just take the breath out of my body, or something. Sorcerer's have an odd way with dealing with people they want dead. Maybe they can't kill directly like that, with magic.

Anyway, I don't know how many of you have been in an avalanche (hopefully, it's not many) but it's not something I'd do again. The snow completely covered me, leaving me in a world of darkness, not knowing if I was facing up or down. My head was dizzy as I tried to move my arms and essentially swim out of the snow. For all I knew, I was lying under 10 feet. The heat from my body was melting the snow around me, encasing me in a coffin of ice. My breathing became panicked, which only used more of my precious little oxygen.

Thankfully, Albora is much more advanced than I had thought. Stribog had special equiptment to find my diminishing body heat below the surface of the fallen snow and got to me in time. Shivering down to my bones, he took me back to his village and warmed me up by a fire. I thanked him, and here I am.

At first, I was afraid that since Valencia had tried to kill me, that other Sorcerers would attempt to kill James and Katrina, but according to this blog, they're fine.

So far.

Well, I hope that was the first (and last) of attempts on my life, at least for now.

See you later,
Bobby

...I can't title this...it's too cool

Ceilaira...the realm of air. WHAT A FRICKIN' AWESOME PLACE!!!!!!!

Ok, the people here live on the ground, like most people. But instead of traveling on the ground, they travel through the air. Not on airplanes though. They have such...amazing technology here! I don't know how to describe it. It's not like wings (more on that in a bit), but it's like a glider. Somehow, it soundlessly sucks the air in through these motors, and you glide.

I don't know what source of power it uses, but it's just amazing.

And then, every year on your birthday, you get to make an optional trip into the most dangerous part of the realm to get the ingredients to make a potion for actual wings for about a day. How freakin' cool is that? I don't think I'll be able to get it, because my birthday is in two months, and I don't feel like staying here for that long, as cool as it is.

The best part though is that people believe me! Like, all I had to do was explain who I was and they were more than happy to help! Sure, there are some skeptics, but they're out numbered.

Of course, soon my luck will run out, somewhere or another. And I'm guessing that'll be at my next stop, Vuligtana.

Wish me luck,

Yours,
James
